So you think you can learn martial arts from a dvd ? lol

Join a martial arts club if you want to learn properly. You need to learn under supervision of a qualified instructor who can train you & correct your mistakes in technique etc and help you progress.
You cannot learn a martial art from watching dvd's just like you cannot learn to drive by watching driving shows on tv .

You may want to search on:
Go to U tube and put mma dvds or go to Black Belt Magazine dvds' catalog on line and order or print a copy. The Institute of Jujitsu Studies may be a good source and you may be able to order MMA training videos through it.They have a online store and may help you find or order rare to find MMA dvds.
