att tethering plan.. WILL CHOOSE BEST ANSWER!?

when i called and got the tethering plan added they sent me a link and i had to download something to my computer.
i got the message but it got deleted. Does anyone have the link to where im supposed to download this?

If it is not a BlackBerry device then they probably wanted you to download the AT&T Communication Manager. See the link below
