I'm looking for a way to convert my VLC files to something that I can burn to a DVD that can be read by any standard NTSC DVD player. I'd really like something free. I have NERO, but it won't convert. I'm open to try anything, as my torrent collection wants to be shared... lol. Thanks

I use DVDVideoSoft Free Studio. It's simple and has a few different quality settings. I also have Avidemux, but can't figure out how to use it. They are both free from download.com

i recommend you can try TOP Video to DVD Converter. It can help you convert your one or multiple video files to DVD format and burn them to one DVD movie. Plus, you can also carry them with you and watch them anytime anywhere only with a computer or a DVD player. Plus, it support the input formats of ASF, AVI, RM, WMV, MPEG, MP4, 3GP, MKV, FLV, RMVB, etc. Hope it is helpful for you, good luck.

Format factory is an nice application to this job. Its free and easy.
