backing up dvds with dvd decrypter, how can i keep translations?

I'm backing up transformers using dvd decrypters, and dvd shrink.
and for some reason it doesn't keep the translations for when the aliens speak.
what options do i need to change with either problem to keep the translations, but without turning on regular subtitles.
