I broke my foot a few days ago and am in an aircast walking cast/boot. My foot is killing me and whenever I walk I get a sharp pain. Whenever I'm sitting down or sleeping I take the boot off and its REALLY swollen. Any ideas on how to reduce the swelling and pain?!
