So, my computer was running really slow. So, I tried to do a restore point thing, and it didnt work. I thought I might have had a virus. So, I tried to go in safe mode and do a virus scan, but internet connection didnt work. So, then I tried to re-install Windows Vista, well it took a long time, then froze, so I restarted computer, and now when I try to re-start it, it says a problem with diskette 0, and I continue and then it looks like it will load, like it says Dell and all, but then it goes to a pitch black screen, and I can use the mouse, but yeah, its a black screen. Any suggestions will be very helpful!!!! PLEASE!! Thank You.
