Sometimes, my phone's screen goes white and I have to take the battery out to revive it. It's been getting REALLY annoying lately. It's been puzzling me since I've never spilled anything on it and I've never dropped it... hard.
So, I talked to a verizon rep online today, and she said that if it was a manufacturing defect, it can be replaced. Would the screen going white be a manufacturing defect?
