Blue ray player recommendation?

I'm looking for one with the following features. Decodes to Dolby Digital (NOT only dolby digital plus). Can stream Netflix and Pandora. Wifi ready would be nice but not necessary. Inexpensive.

thanks for answers, but the sony bdps380 decodes to Dolby TrueHD, not original Dolby Digital.
as does the 580

for wifi you need to buy a seperate wifi dongle from sony.

The Sony BDP S 580 has wifi built in pandora netflix and can be bought for $160 or less on sale or other places on the net...
