Bluetooth or wireless mouse?

I have decided to get a cordless mouse for my Dell Studio laptop and I was wondering which would be better, bluetooth or wireless mouse? Does either one lag more than the other? And if you could suggest a mouse (perhaps the one you use) that would be great. Thanks!
Thanks, but as for the laptop battery, do bluetooth mouses wear it down?
 
Bluetooth mice are much more responsive than the 2.4GHz wireless mice, and less susceptible to interference. But they are more expensive than their standard wireless counterparts. If you can afford it, and you are a heavy gamer, I would suggest getting a Bluetooth laser mouse, as this will provide the best accuracy and response time.
