Am a start doing a Olympic Style work out. Cleans, Jerks, The snatch, alot of squats and alot of Explosive exercise.
My question is, Would it be a good Ideal to Build muscle mass in my Legs and back. I want to Islocate my Quads, Hams, Hips, Gluts, lats, ect.
