Trying to install the Printer using the software, and when it comes to where it says 'connect printer by usb and switch on' i do that, but it doesn't register and won't let me continue. Also, going through the control panel, it sees the printer, connects it, but gives an error when I print. Is there a known problem with Windows 7? I just upgraded, and had to reinstall. PLEASE ADVISE!
