I'm a 17 year old male 5' 11" and 150lbs. I play high school soccer and i'm very fast but my coach says I need to bulk up. I have a great work out plan but I'm stuck on my diet.I see all these diets but I go to school and need a diet that will fit a busy teen going to school, going to practice and games. A simple diet would be great but not sure it is possible. how about protein bars and shakes ect. Please HELP!!!!
