Can a demon appeared in Sci-fi story?

If there is, can you give some example of the movie?
as in demon from hell, messing up in sci-fi world. if there's, can you give example for the movie?
doesn't involve magical but it involve with power elements futuristic style. e.g. demon are strong, immortal, can heal a lot faster or something like that...
 
You know what Sci-Fi is right? It's Science Fiction. Yeah there are Sci-Fi movies that use demons. They are usually considered horror movies, but you can call it Sci-Fi just the same. The question is at what point do you call it a demon. For example Pandorum was Sci-Fi and the guy went crazy and was like a demon, but wasn't a literal demon from Hell. So it mostly depends if you want a movie that has to be classified as Sci-Fi and if you have to have demons from Hell. In that case you'd find very few movies, because even though they have Sci-Fi elements most movies using literal demons will called horror. Even if they are in every way, shape, and form a sci-fi once you get a demon from hell it would be horror in almost every case.
 
If something magical or supernatural appears in a movie, then it is NOT science fiction.
