can a lcd moniter support blue ray?

i didnt see it written anywhere but this is the moniter im looking at?

It depends on the monitors resolution, but everything can support blu ray. It just wont play it to its fullest 1080p potential. Looking at the resolution from the link you gave, this monitors is 1920 x 1080.

You're going to have to set you're computers resolution to 1920 x 1080 when you get your new monitor, but yes, it will play Blu Ray in the highest possible resolution.

Of course it can. You'll get optimum result when the lcd is the HD the same resolution as the Bluray (1020 p)
