Can the Motorola Milestone use AT&T's 3G network or is it stuck with edge?
 
If you have a network free phone means,It will run on AT&T's 3G network.
Locked means,you will need to unlock it.For unlocking you can approach your service provider or else try to buy an unlocking service from any one of the online unlocking service provider like TheUnlockSpot.com
