Can an uneven jaw line be surgically fixed to look even?

Hi. I have an uneven jaw line that resulted from having the buh-jeezus knocked out of me from the right side during a football drill back in high school. The right jaw is now significantly larger than the left.

Is there a type of surgery that can fix this problem? And, um, where will the scars be after it's over?
