can anyone send/receive files via bluetooth on motorola backflip?

cant send or receive files through bluetooth. cant even find the bluetooth option (while looking at a picture or sound file) to allow it. Also the phone will pair, but will not connect to other phones through bluetooth. Anyone else have this problem?!
