I have already my Electabuzz Lv45 and I want to evolve him as soon as possible. I dont have much pokemons yet because I havent completed the game and the Pokemon League is near. Please help!! the 10 point are for sure to the person who help me and the pokemon that person ask, that I can find in my game without passing the League.
