Can I add a integrated bluetooth adapter on my laptop?

Hi,

So my old computer had integrated bluetooth on it and my new one doesn't. I still have my old one and was wondering if it was possible to take out the integrated bluetooth adapter and put it into my new laptop.

I currently have a Lenovo G530 and my old laptop was a Acer Aspiron.

Would this be possible?
I wouldn't do it myself if it's not recommended. I could bring it into the shop.

I also say just get a USB bluetooth adapter. They are so small know that you can pop it in and forget about it. Plus it would be cheaper than getting an integrated one, and work just as well if not better. I am sure Wal-Mart would have them if not, Best Buy should.
