Can I get pokemon celebi at a gamestop where the black and white tour isn't there?

Celebi is my favorite pokemon and I would like to use it for black and white. Can I get it at any mall during that time period or do I have to just go to the closest mall that has the tour?
 
u can only get celebi on pokemon black and white if u trade from diamond and pearl but u get from ur local gamestop if u go near it and do the mystery gift u will get it hope this helps!!! :)
 
I don't even think celebi will be offered as part of the Black and White tour. Sorry... You can just get Celebi over Wi-Fi, trade from a friend, or migrate celebi to your Black & White.
