can i go to a college/university then get a good paying job in south korea?

i am half korean and i would really like to live there. i speak and understand korean fairly well, but not fluently. should i go to college in america then transfer to a korean college? or can i just finish college here and move to korea? if i do that, can i get a good paying job there?
