can i install bluetooth software on hp with infrared?

am using hp omnibook xe 4400 laptop using infrared,running windows xp,can i,or is it possible to install bluetooth software 4 it and where can i find such software.........i basically want to transfer fotos from nokia bluetotooth enabled fone into my pc

I don't believe the Omnibook Xe 4400 comes with blutetooth.

In order to install and use Bluetooth, you need to buy an adapter (Belkin or others) which comes with a cd with the drivers for Windows Xp and other Operating Systems.
