Can I pair my Motorola H700 bluetooth with my 2G Itouch with 3.1 software?

Ok, so i have a motorolla h700 bluetoouth headset but when i try to pair it with my i touch, the itouch can never find it? Are the two possible to pair?....btw my i touch is 2nd gen and has the 3.1 software.....Thanks for the responses

ipod touch bluetooth is for streaming audio.It only supports bluetooth headphones , not headsets.
