Can i play Halo 2 on the Xbox 360?

yeah, im pretty sure my friend has played halo: combat evolved on the 360 so why not 2? my gues is yes, it will work

Yes you can... You need a harddrive or a memory card so that an update from xbox live can install to the xbox so that the game can play. Without a harddrive or memory card, it will not work.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you can, but you just can't play Halo 3 on original X-Box.

You can play Halo 2 on the 360. I have Halo 2 and I play it on my 360 all the time.
