can i put a 5-speed automatic in a 1995 nissan 240sx with rb26dett motor?

i have a 1995 nissan 240sx and im going to put rb26dett in it and instead of manual....i was wondering if i can put a 5-speed automatic transmission in it... like they have in the new cars today. (ex. 2004 inifiniti g35x)
