Can i redownload something from xbox live marketplace free if i delete it?

I recently got the mw2 map packs but i hate them flat out hate them so i was planning on deleting them
but if i do can i redownload them free if i decide i want them back?

Yes, as long as you use the original account that downloaded the content, you can download the content again free.
