Yes yes I know Bose is premium stuff as far as sound quality goes, however I am looking to add a larger sub and amp to my car maybe even a head unit. However I have heard from many sound technicians at stores that Bose does not allow aftermarket equipment to be used in sync with it and that all of it must be removed. This would be a shame as I love the sound quality but it gets fuzzy when I want my music loud so I want a better amp and the single 8 inch sub in the back isnt cutting it. Is there a way I could possibly upgrade the system through Bose or an autodealer? I just want to be able to listen to my music the way I want to without having to throw away the whole Bose system if possible. Thanks for any advice

they are right, you have to replace everything. but Bose is not the best in car audio. i like MB Quartz midranges and tweeters and Alpine headunits
