...sound system? I have an Onkyo HT S6300 , here are the specs,

and an Alesis DM10 E Drumset, http://alesis.com/dm10studiokit

In my Onkyo manual it says specifiacally not to play instruments like guitars through it(because the frequencies dont match up with the system) But it says nothing about E Drumsets.

I dont know how to tell, So do you guys know if running my Dset through my Hometheater system will harm it?

So long as you keep the volume low enough that there is no audible distortion, there should be no problem.
