Can I track my run on Facebook without an iphone, ipod, or gps chip?

I have a standard samsung zeal phone and a Facebook account. I see everyone using these 'track my run' apps and I want to use one as well. But I run on an elliptical and I don't have an iphone or ipod. Any way I can still use the app and track the mils I run on a machine?
