Can I upgrade the Windows on HTC Magician Qtek S100?

I have WS 2003 on it and I was wondering if I can uprade it?

you can update the windows on the htc ... usually if you go to the windows mobile site you will see the lastest version of windows mobile and you can choose the upgrade option.
