...law I can read up on? where? I consented to the photos taken. Is there ways around any sort of law that she can post the photos without my consent? can they be e-mailed to my friends or family legally? Where could they be posted legally?
 
Why do I think you are really checking to see if you can post nude photos of your ex girlfriend on the Internet?
 
If she does not have your written consent than she can't post them. There are plently of legal porn sites, and these sites send spam emails all the time to get folks to go to their nude photo sites. Tell her that you want the photos and negatives returned to you as part of the break-up. If your girlfriend has posted these without your consent, then you can contact a lawyer.
