If she does not have your written consent than she can't post them. There are plently of legal porn sites, and these sites send spam emails all the time to get folks to go to their nude photo sites. Tell her that you want the photos and negatives returned to you as part of the break-up. If your girlfriend has posted these without your consent, then you can contact a lawyer.
