I received a citation to discover assets, can my mobile home i live in that is worth 16,000 dollars be sold to collect a debt and if so can i use the wild card exemption to stop it?

If you owe the IRS, expect them to take your underwear.
If you owe a credit card collection agency, they don't want your mobile home.
(if they could even take it).
All they want is cash.
They can garnish your wages or go after your assets such as checking/savings.
And in my state they can't garnish unless you make than $300 a week.
If you income is from the feds, they can't touch this money.
