Can rims from 1992 525i fit 1997 528i BMW?

I want to buy these rims that came off 92 525i bmw but not sure if they will fit. the guy said that they are 5 lug universal but i know bmw's all have different offset
 
Yes, they should fit. Maybe an inch taller on the wheels, but they should be the same bolt pattern.
