I'm doing an argumentative essay paper on gay rights and cant think of a good hook or intro
if anyone has any ideas please let me know!!
 
What good is homosexuality or Why should homosexuality be tolerated
 
"End the Hypocisy!" focus on how the locker room scandal at Penn State and recent politicians and televangelists who have stood against gay rights then been outted as secretly hypocrites. Call for an end to Society's posturing hypocritically on issues.
 
When I did my persuasive speech in college on gay rights I opened with the story of Lisa Pond and her family. It's pretty long, but search for "Hospital Forces Lesbian to Die Alone" in Asterisk magazine online, the entire article is on it. Really disturbing story, and definitely got the attention of my listeners!
 
Why are their community treated differently? i thought difference is what builds this world, brings everyone together, you can be all the same, boring, doing the same things, or you can try something different, what would you rather do, all the same? or a variety?
