I would like to know what kind of food should I eat to get a balanced nutrition without eating a lot of stuff high in sugars,salt. (I mean healthy food). thanks
Eat variety of food including chips, chocolate & cheese but consume in moderation. In every meal, practice to consume more fruits, vegetables & fish. Don't picky about food. In a meal always contain Carbohydrate (Bread, pasta, rice), Protein( Meat, fish, seafood, beans), Vitamins, Fiber, Minerals & water.
