...the dealership where u bought the car? The service my brother receives at the Nissan dealership where he purchased his Sentra is non-existent. He purchased his car new less than a year ago, so it's still under warranty. He is supposed to be contacted to get 'butler service' every 6 months (I could be wrong about the time span), and doesn't receive any notice about it. When his wife calls (since he's deployed) about services no one calls her back, or she gets the run around.
I finally told her that I am going to go with her today to the dealership, and we're not leaving til we are satisfied.
Ever since he signed the contract with Nissan, they've basically taken the money and ran. He loves the car, but hates the customer service provided at this specific facility.
I want to know if , in the future, we can take his car to another Nissan dealership to receive service covered by his warranty and promised in his contract, or much he go to this specific dealership location.
P.S. Please don't just say 'yes' or 'no'. I'd like to have some feedback/explanation for the answer so I know what to tell the dealer.
