I live in Bergen County, NJ, and I have Optimum TV, Phone, and Internet with one DVR box and no On Demand channels. We were told that we could get Verizon Fios for the same price as what we currently have, but with more On Demand Channels and a better DVR package. However, my friend says that the internet is slower with Verizon, and in a couple of months they will start to charge us more. So my questions are...
1. Which has better internet? Verizon or Optimum Online?
2. Will Verizon change our bill after a couple of months?
3. Do you have Optimum or Verizon? (Or which do you prefer?)
4. What do you think I should do?
