Can you enter hollywood through school plays?

I'm 15 years old and I my face is not half bad. I was just thinkin if I could become a hollywood actor but when I researched about what you need to do, I was depressed about how hard it is to enter. Do you think joining acting clubs or joining school plays or something like that could be fresh start. And pls explain what I need to do to advance closer to my dream?
