Can you get arrested for making a fake facebook account?

Well theres 5 people at my school who made a fake facebook for Miley Cyrus , i know retarted !!!!! They're like messing with my friends, so can you get arrested and what is it called ( like battery or something like that ? )
 
Battery is to beat someone, Yes you can get arrested but in a Miley Cyrus case I doubt it because there are thousands of fake accounts.
