I answered a question sort-a like this for someone else a little while ago....

If you are referring to a Tracfone or a Net 10 phone NO, but if it is referring to a different carrier, you'll have to check with that carriers policy.

Service features (calling, texting, picture messaging) are all controlled by the carrier,(Verizon, T-Mobile, Altell), not the brand of phone.

Usually you do NOT get free nights and weekends on a pre-paid phone UNLESS you sign-up for their "Unlimited" plan, if they offer one..

EDIT: I forgot to tell you that Tracfone does NOT have an unlimited plan but Net 10 DOES indeed have that option. It's $79.95/month, I believe...
