Can you get your iPhone 4S screen changed for free?

I have an IPhone 4s and my friend dropped my iPhone an the screen is cracked. Can I get my iPhone screen changed at the apple store for free? Is there any way to get it changed for free?

According to me, This is not a possible because everywhere will pay the money, So If you want to change your iPhone 4S's screen, then you should go for near Apple stores or service center and replace your screen. I hope it helps.
