Can you put windows media player music on a creative zen MP3? HOW?

I am gonna buy a creative zen MP3 player and i want to know if you can put windows media player music on it and how would you do that?
 
You locate the music in the file it is saved in. Install the software that comes with the MP3 or just sync the music using Windows Media Player. Plug in the MP3 and your computer should help you through the rest.
