Can you put xbox360 marketplace games on multiple systems?

Hey hey. Just wondering if its possible to download an game on the 360 marketplace and putting it on multiple consoles. for example, my friend has a live account and has a game i want. can i just recover his account and download it and then he can recover it back so i would have the game on the hard drive but he could get his account back? I dunno. Any help would be great.
 
No, because if you use the download on another system than the one that it was first downloaded on, you need to have the account that downloaded it online at all times to use the downloads on that other system.

If he has a game you want, and you recover his account, you still wont have it. He has the game on his hard drive.
