Can you send ringtones from a the verizon env touch to another phone via bluetooth?

I had to get a new phone, because I ruined mine, now I have LG scoop, so I sent all my ringtones to my mom's phone, which is the enV touch. I sent the pictures and videos from this phone via bluetooth. so I'm now trying to get the ringtones to send, but I can't figure out how to send them through Bluetooth. Will someone help me figure it out? Thanks(:
I don't want to make ringtones.... I want the ones I sent to my moms phone
 
No, The bluetooth function doesnt support file sharing so you would be unable to send those. You can go to 3rd party company's to get ringtones and have them sent to your phone. (be careful of hidden charges as some require a monthly subscription)
