There are usually five different pulleys. Which one? The tensioner pulley is a one that usually goes bad most frequently. If the tensioner itself is bad, there is one bolt holding it on. Same with the pulley on it. The dampener pulley is bolted to the dampener, sometimes it is integral. The power steering pulley has to be removed with a tool you can get 'rent' from an autoparts store and put it back on with a bolt and some washers. The alternator, you need a high speed impact or a vise and a breaker bar. The a/c pulley is a 1!@#$. "smog pump" is probably the same as the power steering.
