You dont need to get off at all !
If its 90 degrees outside, you can stay inside, sleep, eat, do anything yuo want.
You can get on the island, or come back on at anytime.
& listen to your travel agent,
he knows what hes talking about.
Have fun !
I am going on a cruise to the bahamas in May of 2010 and I am not a morning person. Most of our stops in the Bahamas dock at 8am do we have to get off the ship right away when it arrives at our designated area?
Also has anyone recently been on a loop cruise (beginning and ending in the same port) without a passport?
What kind of identification for sure do we have to bring if we don't have a passport? My travel agent said just birth certificate and valid driver license but I have heard a few other opinions so if you have been on a loop cruise in 2010 or late 2009 please help. Thanks a bunch!
No you don't have to get off the ship at a certain time or even at all if you don't want to. In fact, if you choose to stay on the ship you'll find it a lot of fun without all of those thousands of people there. No lines to eat, no waiting for elevators, gifts are cheaper, etc, etc.
Ya you should have a passport. Once you get one it's good for ten years.
You can stay on the ship for as long as you want. I came back from a loop cruise yesterday and you need to have a drivers license and a birth certificate. that is really all you need.
