Can you use regular iTunes gift cards to buy apps on the iPad?

There is this REALLY fun game that I got for free and now I really want to buy the full version on my iPad (which im Using right now..hehe...) I have $85 worth of iTunes gift cards and I was just wondering if I could use that for the app. Please answer soon!!! My addiction is waiting!!!
 
Yes. To add your gift cards to iTunes from your iPad, pull up the App Store, tap "featured", scroll o the bottom, and tap "Redeem". Type the code and it will credit your account the money. Buying any app or song on the store will now subtract from that value.
