...Sim card BUT not with a data plan? Thinking of buying one of these phones on Ebay. Both Phones are WIFI capable, and I will have WIFI access a lot and wondering if I can use the free WIFI only to use the internet on the phone and not have to pay extra $$$ every month for a data plan.
