Canadian fitness test, anyone taken it? Anyone know the "normal" level of fitness?

I need to take the test entitled: Canadian Physical Appraisal of Fitness and Lifestyle Approach
to get into a program I wish to study at the university. The site says all the results gathered are then compared to what is considered the "norm" in Canada. I was wondering, what is considered the acceptable level of fitness or "normal" range in order to pass the test?
how many of each do i have to do or how many lbs do i have to lift during the test to be able to pass? These are the things they will be asking of me:

Grip Strength (kg) *Combined Hand Grip-The highest score on the Right plus the highest score on the Left (Kg)
Push-Ups (max. number, no time limit)
Sit & Reach (cm)
Partial Curl-Ups (max. number, up to 25)
Vertical Jump (cm)
Peak Leg Power (watts)
Back Extension (second, max. 180 seconds)

heres a link to the site if you don't know what i am talking about
